My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The customer service was excellent, rooms were clean and as expected, but unfortunately, I had to endure a non-stop barking dog next to my room throughout my entire stay, which was quite frustrating and made it feel like a waste of money.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient for walking downtown and to restaurants, but it wasn't exactly downtown and more uptown. The room had a strange smell coming from inside behind the little grill, and unfortunately, there was a barking dog next door that kept me up all night. The service, despite being unprofessional in tone, was still thorough and polite. The dining options were decent with a Dennys nearby, and the facilities were okay.
